Cycling relay (Cycling buddies Brabant)
During Brainport Bike Week, all kinds of cool cycling events are organised. One of the activities this week is the Cycling Relay, organized by Fietsmaatjes Brabant. A relay will be held from various locations in Brabant, visiting several places where Fietsmaatjes is active.
- When: Saturday, September 20
- Route: Helmond, Son, Nuenen and Eindhoven
- Expected arrival: 1:00 PM at Grand Café Velosoof in Eindhoven
Route
- Starting point of our tour: Helmond
- Via: Lieshout → Son → Nuenen
- Arrival at home base: Grand Café Velosoof in Eindhoven
- Transfer: Nuenen hands over the baton to Fietsmaatjes Eindhoven
- Afterwards: Eindhoven cycles a short distance back to Nuenen and then continues its own route back to Eindhoven.
Participants
Each Fietsmaatjes group uses two tandem bicycles (i.e. two volunteers and two guests).
Weather conditions
We're counting on good weather and lots of supporters along the way!
NB: In case of prolonged rain the tour will be cancelled.
