PSV Direct expands
Published on January 28, 2026PSV Direct expanded with new bus line from Uden, Veghel and Sint-Oedenrode
PSV, in collaboration with Brainport Bereikbaar, is expanding its PSV Direct pilot program with an additional bus route for supporters. This will complement the existing routes from Asten, Bladel, Eersel, and Someren with three new bus stops: Uden, Veghel, and Sint-Oedenrode. With this expansion, PSV and Brainport Bereikbaar are responding to the growing demand for reliable, collectively organized transportation options on match days.
Comfortable alternative to the car
PSV Direct offers supporters a direct, comfortable, and congestion-free alternative to driving. The buses travel directly to the Philips Stadium and return after the match. This contributes to less car traffic, improved traffic flow, and reduced parking pressure in the surrounding neighborhoods.
Pilot with monitoring and evaluation
The new line will operate during seven home games until the end of the season. During this period, data will be collected regularly on usage, passenger origins, and supporter ratings. Brainport Bereikbaar supports PSV in monitoring and analyzing this data. The results provide valuable insights for the region, for example, regarding travel behavior during major events, the potential of collective transport concepts, and the possibilities for sustainable mobility.
Looking to the future
This evaluation will determine how PSV Direct will be continued or potentially scaled up in future seasons. The expansion aligns with the broader regional ambition to organize mobility more intelligently, reduce congestion, and make sustainable transport options more attractive.
