To and from BZOB

Please note: you may use the shared bike for a maximum of 10 hours in a row and only on the BZOB site. There are starting and ending points: stations. These stations are the locations of the employers and the bus stop for line 320. You can find them on the map in the app. You can only start and end a reservation at these stations. Do you have a stop along the way? Then press “pause” in the app.

Use your shared bike!

After downloading the app and registering, you can quickly and easily reserve and use your bike. This is how it works:

1. Reserve your bike

• Select a station on the map in the app
• Click on “reserve a bike” (this is possible up to 30 minutes before the start)
• Go to the selected station and choose one of the available bicycles

2. Start your ride

• Select a bike (you can recognize the shared bikes by a 4-digit bike ID)
• Enter the bike ID on the input screen of your phone and click on “open lock”

3. Bike!

Enjoy your shared bike. Do you want to park it on the way? Then you can pause the reservation by pressing the button on the lock and manually closing the lock. When you go on your way again, use the app again to end the pause by pressing the button "open lock". Always lock your bike securely, always use the extra cable lock.

4. End your reservation

You do this at a bike station as described above. There you press "end reservation" in the app. Please note; you still have to manually lock the lock yourself! If you lock it, use the extra cable lock again.
